I have a TIVO Premiere that stops and then plays for approximately 10 seconds and the stops and reboots.

This issue is being caused by the interaction between the MediaSmart Server ex495 and the Tivo. I can not determine how to remove the mediasmart expander tivo add in. it does not seem to be a traditional add-in. I am looking for help.
