I have a problem with my ipod touch 3rd generation. I dont get location services and i desperately need them.

I tried adding my mac address to skyhook and i dont get it still. Their customer scre tells me that there is something wrong with my idevice and they have already added my mac address. I hsve netgear wgr614 wireless router. Please help me guys.
