I cant drag any apps to trash can,

I cant drag any apps to trash can, nor can I move them around on my home page... is there a lock button I may have hit.? I was able to do it before. Cant find anything in the manual.

The normal (only?) method is to long press on the app/widget you want removed and after a couple seconds it should be free to move around. The "Trash Can" appears at the bottom where the "Phone" soft-button is normally located. Keep holding the icon or widget while moving, drag it to move or drag it to the trash and let go of it when you've found where you want to place it.

I have had a time where my apps wouldn't release and let me move them. I think I had to reboot the phone. Hasn't happened since though.
