I cannot get Touchdown to download onto my Nook Tablet. I accidentally deleted it. when i try to reinstall the msg said that the content is not supported

This problem occurred because my husband and I both have Nook tablets. (I bought mine first). The folks at BN said that we could logon with the same userid to share books but it messed up my touchdown account because he tried to use it also. Now I can't get it back again. I've tried deregistering both devices and starting over again and I can't get it to work. Any advice is appreciated!
