I can't cycle through the display with the button

The fitbit is fully charged, the display does work (I see motivation words and if I hold and press the button I can start and stop the timer) and the unit syncs and detects my activity. I just don't see the flower or any info on the device. Any ideas?

have you docked it then checked the device settings via the menu on the website? each setting on the fitbit can be toggled on or off, maybe yours are somehow set off...
