I plan on rooting it, then allowing sideloading as well as getting rid of the ATT bloatware. But before I make those changes, I want to create a backup so that in case of emergency, I can restore to the factory settings. Anyone know how to do this or a good recovery tool?
Thanks
Question about
I am getting my first Android phone this Monday, a Samsung Captivate on ATT.
1. Titanium Backup is great for restoring but idk what you mean about "in case of emergency"
2. You don't need to root to enable sideloading unless the captivate is an exception.
