I am from India If I get it here will it work in India? Will it is Unlocked in India and open to All networks?

If not can I unlock it? AFter buying it here

Google-LG Nexus 4 has got the manufacturing version as unlocked by default. So you can play around with ROM n what so ever you want with this android mobile. From the initial product reviews from flipkart.com seems its is working and open to all networks in India.
