I am a power gmail and google calendar user, so I was thinking of going with Android (Nexus 1 or the Incredible). But, I also want a physical keyboard.

So, what is the best set-up?

Droid has a physical keyboard, but after years on an iPhone I found that I didn't really need it. On a Nexus One now, and think it's great. I'd wait til after Google I/O to make your choice though, I suspect they'll have some software (and possibly hardware) announcements.
