HTML Mail Formatting on BlackBerry Bold?

I have a couple of e-mails set up on my BlackBerry, the problem is it is all displayed in text format, is there anyway I can set it to HTML format? or is that something that is limited by carrier?

Hi,

In order to view emails in HTML format your companies BlackBerry Server must be version 4.1 SP6 (4.1.6.x) or higher. If you already have this version of BES go to Messages > Press menu > Select Options > Select Email Settings > Ensure "Enable HTML Email" is set to Yes.
