Question about
HTC Hero Holster
It's so annoying it seems everyone is going to the pouches which my husbend Sean and I do not care for So when we ordered the phones....Sean and I both got one we wanted a holster clip and the sprint store does not carry them only the pouches...that seems to be the thing these days So Sean ordered us some nice swival holster on line for it then bought the extra life battery which is wider and requires a different back so then those swival won't fit and the company does not make any for the hero that is adaptable for the width of the extra wide battery So after looking at At&T,Radio shack, walmart, & best buy for a universal one I had just about given up as if you order a universal one on line there is no way to compare and take it out of the package ahead of time to make sure it will fit so at last we tryed Verizon.....I wasen't to excited as I figured it was alot about the pouches everywhere and to my disbelief I found this HTC Holster that fits the HTC Imagio but it fits the hero with the extra wide battery perfectly so if you also have the frustration of that go to verizon it's awesome!!!!!
In case anyone is looking for something similar I also had the same problem with my G1 and I am currently using the NiteIze backbone 20 case. It is bigger than the normal case but it has done an excellent job of padding my G1 with an extended battery and now my Hero. It also does a really good job at keeping water out as well as keeping my phone and few other little things like headphones well padded and secure.
Of course this case does kinda say "Hey I'm a geek who loves his phone way to much." But I do so that's okay with me since I do :) If can live with that this makes a great case.
