Question about
How much will the galaxy nexus most likely cost unsubsidized?
If I recall correctly, the previous Nexus phones were $529. I would imagine that the Galaxy Nexus would be around that price.

It will likely cost at least as much as the unlocked European version of the Samsung Galaxy S II which is going for about $550 on Amazon currently but the actual list price is $899. I doubt google will be selling direct like they did with the Nexus One so will just sell through carriers and retail outlets like they did with the Nexus S.

I really hope that they launch an unlocked edition for pricing similar to the first two nexus branded phones. I bought both N1 and NS for around USD 570 through friends from USA and I plan to do the same with Galaxy Nexus.
I am from India and I heard that GN might launch here in January but the pricing is expected to be insane at around 35-40K (USD 700-800). If US pricing is similar, I would probably wait for the Indian launch because of local warranties.
