Depends on what you want to with your phone.

Windows Phone 7 has most of the must have apps, but I will never catch up to Android in hardware. E.g. getting 4G or quad core processors first.

Really what you should decide on is how the phones feel. Windows Phone 7 has a UI which people tend to love or hate. While Android can be anything you want if you get a newer phone.

Personally, I like Android a whole lot and use a Galaxy Nexus which I don't hesitate recomending to anyone. But I also won't deny that Nokia is putting out good looking hardware.

Try both out if you can.
