Question about
How does the Alienware M11x r3 with Sandy Bridge directly compare to the r2 in game performance and battery life?
Seems like the r3 has been available for a month or two now, but all I've seen are standalone reviews talking only about the r3. I want to know exactly how the r3 compares to the r2 from the same site using the exact same configurations and benchmarks so that it's a consistent comparison.
Alienware M11x r3 (Core i5): www.pcmag.com/image_popup/0,1740,iid=302056,00.asp
Alienware M11x r2 (Core i7): www.pcmag.com/image_popup/0,1740,iid=263531,00.asp
The latest (and a Core i5 Sandy Bridge CPU) beats out the Core i7 last gen processor by quite a good margin. Frame rates, even battery is better
