How do you sync memos and tasks from Palm Pre (minus) to PC?

I'm getting ready to say goodbye to Palm, and I've been trying to back up the memos and tasks from the handset to the PC. I haven't synced the Pre in a very long time. I've tried Chapura and CompanionLink in attempts to sync, but neither of them synced the memos and tasks from the handset. Of course Palm desktop won't communicate with the Pre. Thanks for your input.

The only "sync" of Memos I've been able to do is email them. Hope you don't have too many. I abandoned Tasks in favor of the ToDo Classic paid app and just reentered all my items as I transitioned. The app has an export function.

Sorry not to be more helpful. Have you posted at PreCentral.net? That community might be able to help with better suggestions.

Too bad HP has abandoned those of us that bought the original Pre. I'm looking at Android phones now, too. My Pre is getting flaky in old age.

Thanks for the information. I imported my memos and tasks to Fliq Memos and Fliq Tasks. The Missing Link is available for the webOS platform as well as the Android; just need to figure out how to import it to the Android.

Hopefully you're picking up an Android phone soon. My Pre is on life support and has dementia right now. I did order the EVO 3D so I expect it tomorrow.
