How do I get a case that fits with the extended battery? w/ Answer

Anyone that has the 2100 mAh extended battery has probably figured out that most cases won't fit quite right. While most case makers won't make new cases to accommodate the battery, you can just take off the phone's back plate (the one that came with the battery since the stock plate is too tight a squeeze to keep on). I did that for my Incipio case and it fits just fine. Doesn't exactly cover the phone all that much, but adds the texture I need to hold onto the phone. Otherwise it's as slippery as an eel!

I don't have the extended battery but I've heard this case works just fine with it. I have this for my stock battery nexus:
