At the moment the only way to do this is to wipe your entire photostream, however the upcoming iOS 5.1 update will allow you to delete individual photos from the photostream.

Go to your settings go to the photos app and turn off photo stream. This will reset your photo stream on your device. But understand that if you do not reset the photo stream on your iCloud page the pictures will be reloaded to your device when you reset the device.

You can USB plug into a desktop or laptop, on iTunes, and edit/delete apps, photos, music, etc.
