Hey,
Does anyone know if there's a fix for the extremely annoying high-pitched squealing that this monitor is notorious for? Or if Samsung is able to fix it at all?
Thanks
Question about
High-Pitched Squealing
Here's one... Try listening to loud music until your ears start to ring. If you're lucky, they'll ring with the same frequency as the monitor squeals and you'll never hear that frequency again. Problem solved!
Seriously though, I have this same monitor, and I don't hear any squealing :P What's it like? How loud is it?

It depends on a variety of factors, most notably the brightness. It's not noticeable when using the TV Tuner, since there's usually audio that overrides the annoying sound, but it's relatively quite loud when using it as a pc monitor. I've read that a lot of other people have had similar problems... Perhaps a call to Samsung is in order.
