Hi, I have read all the posts about Nokia N900 and am very tempted in buying it.
I am a developer but have never done any development on Linux, but I think I am going to have fun with this phone / computer. Only concern I have is that will any messing-around with the software or the OS affect the radiation levels (SAR) when using the phone for voice calls? I dont know much about this, so pardon me if I am asking something, well, stupid. Thanks!
I would recommend waiting for a Meego device like the N9. This phone is nearing EOL.
Thanks! Any idea whether the N9 will also allow us to install applications as it is possible on the N900? I am primarily looking for writing my own applications and running them on the phone. Also, I am not sure whether the capacitive screen on N9 will be as "easy to use" as the resistive screen on N900. I have used Palm products including the Treo and I line the screens on those. Not to say that I dont want to wait for the N9 - I am just trying to get a comparison.
