making it to the Denver area in the fall (according to local rumors).
Now, I've done tons of research on the phone - it looks amazing. If it's anything like the incredible, it'll rock. Now, since I'm still interested in the possibility of getting a Windows 7 phone, I want to pay full retail price for an Evo so I don't have to deal with a contract in case I need to switch carriers. Now, I've read the Evo's full retail price is $450, $500, $550 on HTC's official site: www.shopamerica.htc.com/cell-phones/productdetail.... , and $600 retail at Best Buy.
Can anyone tell me what the official retail price is? I'd love to pay the $450, but that sounds to be more like speculation than anything. Thanks in advance for all the help!

Teqonix's pick
Best buy/Walmart jack up the retail price about $100, case in point the Mytouch Slide that came out today is $549 at Best buy but $429 at Tmobile. So I am guessing its going to be around $450-500 at Sprint direct.
