Question about
Having trouble with the touchscreen/keyboard. The buttons on the bottom edges are sometimes unresponsive (a, l and delete).
Is it a problem with the touchscreen or is it a software issue? It's somewhat intermittent as well.

my wife still has this phone & it's definitely software related. she rarely uses the phone & the few times i've typed on it, it was quite unresponsive
