Question about
FredieG

Having a problem maintaining a tethered internet connection while on a phone call.

I'm using a at&t compatible Nexus One running Cyanogen 7 to tether my phones internet connection to Mac Mini PC. It works flawlessly most of the time, unfortunately whenever a call comes through the internet connection speed will either drastically slow down to a crawl, or seemingly not work at all. This all goes away as soon as the phone call ends, and I'll resume averaging 2-3 Mbps. Has anyone experienced similar problems while using a 3G GSM device? Could it be CyanogenMod software? I'm using the stock tethering feature that comes with the OS.
