Has your Bose Around-ear Headphones broke?

I have a pair from early 2007, and it has yet to break - however, it hardly gets a rough workout. They're only really my winter portables when using the in-ears gets unfeasibly cold.

This is a really really bad design.
I emailed Bose to complain. And they added me to their mailing list.

Since the ear piece ripped off I managed to use them for a couple of weeks, when I got home I super glued them. Haven;t had a problem since!
