I had a droid on Verizon, and switched to a HTC trophy back in May. I will never go back. The WMP7 is super fast and responsive. The Xbox live integration is something I am a huge fan of, but your mileage may vary on that.

I recently purchased my wife a Samsung Focus and she had an HTC Aria with AT&T. She really enjoys how fast the UI is with WP7. We are both students so we were able to get Mango with the Developer RTM through Dreamspark and I can say that it makes the device a very big contender on the market. The voice control is amazing and makes driving enjoyable because you can still read and respond to texts without taking your eyes off the road. It is worth looking in to if you are in the market for a new phone and the recent Nokia partnership gives Microsoft a lot of momentum moving into Q4.

I switched from a Droid to the HTC Trophy as well. And I completely agree... I will be on WP7 for a very long time. I had Mango installed for some time, and that update is going to be killer. The phone is just a pleaser to use.

I am a happy iPhone 4 user but purchased an unlocked Dell Venue Pro for travel overseas and I am seriously considering moving to an iPod Touch and using this as my primary phone. Can't wait for Mango to hit officially.

I switched from the ENV 3 to HTC Trophy running WP7 and I like it. The longest I have had it running without a reboot is 23 days.
