has anybody been able to sync picasa web albums to evo 4g
I do not see the option to sync in the settings. I have already tried uploading a picture form the gallery, than accessing picasa form the web browser but still no sync option.

With the Google apps, all the syncing is handled in the Accounts section, not in the app itself. From the home screen, hit Menu, choose Settings, hit Accounts & sync, then hit your Gmail id in the list. You can now turn on and off the syncing for any of the Google apps.

Yes but on the HTC Evo 4G in < Menu - Settings- Accounts and Sync - Google > it only lists reader, contacts, gmail and calendar, but not picasa. Other than installing a different app, such as Rayman50's gallery 3D, has anybody been able to add picasa sync to the native gallery app.

Not sure what the issue is for you.. I use the same Google account on my phone and in Picasa and its linked without my doing anything. However if you are on the Stock Sense ROM HTC does do strange things try using a third party app for your gallery like "Just Pictures" it allows this function: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.justpict...
