First of all, please excuse the rather long title.
Secondly, While watching the review by TechCrunch of the HP DreamScreen I noticed a little something in the background. Now this may just be me being hopeful, but it sure looks like the CrunchPad.

So is this the sleeker production model or the older prototype that we have already seen? If it is the newer one why no announcement yet? Why no new pictures or video teaser? I'm desperate here! I'm taking stills from other reviews as glimpses of hope at this point. Is this all just going to be some vaporware story?

Glimpse of crunchpad caught in HP DreamScreen review on TechCrunch?
TOTALLY a crunchpad. Especially since it's from Michael Arrington! It's like getting a video of Steve Jobs' desk with the iTablet. Of course he has one, and it's not any different than the demo vid we saw, from what I can see. I'd be a lot more excited if we started seeing review units on the desks of other tech bloggers - that would indicate to me that the release was imminent. Although I'm not super excited for the crunchpad - at this point I want to see Courier and the Apple tablet. When Google releases the Android OS and we start seeing tablets on THAT platform, I'll be a lot more likely to use a web-based OS.
