I tried to get the firmware update (I believe it's 1.2) and they've made it super hard to get it working!
I eventually just gave up and never tried it again.
Just wondering if/how anyone got theirs to work.
I tried the instructions on the website, and that still didn't help me

The update worked smoothly for me. I made sure the battery was fully charged, copied the update .bin file to the root of the SD card and then turned on the camera in playback mode. It then asked if I wanted to update and took only 10 sec. or so.
