Every now and then I am trying to add an app onto the "front screen" but it doesn't seem to work.

Then a little while later I find it in a folder and the folder isn't on the same screen. Normally when this happens I restart the phone to get it working. Anyone else having this problem?

What folder? Did you create a folder and the app ends up there?
