1 on my 3GS, i have been experiencing issues with the audio cutting out every 30-45 seconds or so when i am connecting it through my Alpine iDA-X305S head unit in my car. It does this in the iPod as well as the Pandora streaming. I tried disabling things individually for testing such as WiFi, bluetooth, notifications, etc but none seemed to solve the issue. I put it in airplane mode and it fixed the issue. What process/radio/chip could be causing this issue?!? It is obviously something the phone is going out to check for, and by putting it in airplane mode, it effectively stops this process dead in its tracks. The only problem with airplane mode is the fact that i cant stream pandora of course.
Has anyone else seen this issue since upgrading to iOS 4.1? If so does airplane mode solve your issue and have you figured out what is causing it?
Question about
Ever since upgrading to iOS 4.
I would suggest double tapping the home button to open the multitasking interface and then pressing and holding down on one of ti icons until they begin to wiggle with a red 'delete' symbol in the top left, this symbol quits the app completely I would suggest closing all apps other than things such as mail and messages that need to remain open to receive data (and the iPod/pandora)
