The fine print on the Galaxy S 4G page on T-Mobile says that the 4G refers to their HSPA+ galaxy-s.t-mobile.com/4g/4g-fastest-android-phone and on this page t-mobile-coverage.t-mobile.com/ they state that their HSPA+ gets speeds "up to 21 Megabits".
