I don't think the it does, as I just needed to copy a form, and ended up having to scan an image to a USB drive, then print off that USB drive.
Pro tip: The printer automatically assumes all images are photos, and will print said images as photos, if set to "automatic." I had to manually set the printer to print out the scan on 8x10 paper.
The only reason I had to fuss with the printer directly was because for some reason, my Photoshop wasn't recognizing the scanner, and no matter how much I restarted the printer or Photoshop, I couldn't get it to "kick" in. No idea if the problem was Photoshop or the Photosmart.
