Does Novatel MiFi 2352 have a larger problem with charger or device?

Since I got my device in August I can't charge my Mifi with the supplied charger. Several repair attempts failed.

As I now have found more cases with the problem there might be a larger problem.

Anybody else with charging problem on the MiFi 2352?
