Question about
Does it will get ICS 4.0 update or not ?
After having done a quick search, I can't find anything from Motorola saying that ICS will be built for the Defy, it DOES appear that the team behind CyanogenMod will base CM9 on ICS and will have a port availalbe for it.
It may be too early though, and I'm willing to be corrected!

i have CM9 running and it works perfectly. Only standard google music player works better and android debugging has to be on.
