Does iOS 5's AirPlay Mirroring for iPad support audio?

We know it supports video to 2nd-ten Apple TVs, but what about audio?

Interesting that yours works. My AirPlay seems to be really buggy even though I did screen sharing. (16gb wifi model)

I tried playing quite a few games and had no trouble mirroring to the television with both video and audio. Lag was pretty minimal and overall worked quite well. If sound does not seem to be working for others, I would attribute it to a bug in the beta, rather than it not being supported overall. Like I said, I had no issues getting it to work fully with sound.

I am assuming that iPad1 will NOT mirror to an AppleTV via AirPlay?

I'd agree this is probably a bug in my build. I may try to download it again and hope for better luck. iPad one doesn't support screen sharing, but all the same AirPlay settings are here.

I could get no audio out of my iPad 2 through AirPlay. Screen sharing did work though and shows up as a little switch under the menu/swipe left AirPlay settings.

I assume this is a bug because our iPad UNO works same as before.
