Does Boxee work outside the USA?

Would it be possible to buy a Boxee Box outside the USA and use it to watch content over the Internet?

The apps inside of Boxee would be limited by the same restrictions as their web counterpart. So if you can't access Hulu where you are the Boxee Box will also be blocked.
