Does anyone think that Sony will come out with an accessory that plugs into the Vita allowing it to play UMD based games/content from the PSP?

Probably not, seeing as the last version of the PSP, the PSP Go lacked a UMD cart. I think we can bid farewell to another one of Sony's proprietary memory mediums.

I doubt it. I don't think there's a high enough demand for anyone to be playing PSP games on their PSV. When the Nintendo DS came out no one ever complained of not being able to play games older than Game Boy Advance games.

Logitech was going to come out with an external UMD drive for the PSPgo... I wonder what ever happened to that...
