Does anyone see this product being updated any time soon? I was thinking of getting one but it seems like its due for an upgrade.

Can anyone suggest any alternatives? I'm looking for something to do wireless Time Machine backups for both my and my wife's MacBook Pro's

You can score great deals on the Netgear ReadyNAS Duo, for about the same money if you already have a good router.

I bought one myself for a couple of days ago, and I'm impressed with all the features. And the latest firmware has support for Time Machine.
