Does anyone know if this TV sleeps when a PC attached to an HDMI input sleeps?

Depends on what you mean by "sleep". Displays sold primarily as PC monitors "sleep" by not showing a picture, period (screen blank, no backlight). Displays sold primarily as HDTVs "sleep" by sharply reducing screen brightness, but still displaying a picture.
