Does anyone know how, or if you can, to take a screen shot?
If you are asking whether it is possible to take a screenshot of the phone itself, it is apparently not possible. Several reviewers have complained about this feature.

If you have a unlocked phone and are still on NoDo, there was a homebrew app that allowed you to do this. Unfortunately, once I upgraded to Mango, I lost the ability to use the app. I'm hoping that the ChevronLabs guys will let the WP7 homebrew community come up w/some innovative apps.
