From a build standpoint, no, no problems. I do have one issue with the volume rocker though. When I slip the phone in and out of it's case or my dashboard dock, I usually end up inadvertently turning the volume up because the rocker is right where I grip the phone. More of a design flaw, but one I can live with.

After a 1+ year using the device, I started having problem with buttons on the rocker -- the thingy itself got wiggly and buttons are unresponsive. Just pressing volume down with left hand's thumb cushion (e.g. to turn page in Kindle app) does not always work. I have to find a "sweet spot" where actual sensor is and press on it very accurately with thumb's nail.

What kind of problems? I haven't run into any issues with the rocker on my Nexus One which uses very similar manufacturing techniques.

I do have the same problem and I believe it was there from the start. It feels more like a slow software response than a hardware problem with the button itself....
