Question about

Does anyone have any calibration settings for the Samsung LN-T4661F?

I've tried google, but I can't find any solid information. I would love some feedback from an owner that's gone through the process.

Thanks.

I, too, had some trouble finding recommended calibration settings for your tv. There are two options though for calibrating it yourself on the cheap:

1. any movie that you own with a THX logo on it will have a THX calibration section in the menu options. It's not the ideal way but I've used it a few times and it gets the job done

2. AVSForum calibration disc which offers a lot more tools than the THX one www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=948496

Additionally you can buy a calibration disc. The discs by Spears & Munsil and Digital Video Essentials get a lot of praise.

While most posted calibration settings are a good place to start, it's best to calibrate your TV for your own viewing area. Everyone's place is different, so it's a good idea to customize for your own needs.

I have found calibration tools on a multitude of Blu-Rays hidden in the special features area. Most of the Pixar Blu-rays have them, But the best one I found was on the Planet Earth Blu-ray.

My only other suggestion is to make sure the disc you use has a High-Def version of the colour bars, if it's an SD version there is a chance that the TVs upscaler will change the colours or the lines every so slightly.
