do i need an Amazon Prime membership to be able to use the services provided on the Kindle Fire?

Amazon has announced the kindle fire! $200! Yes, that's the actual price! They're launching it in a way to "bring all of these things(Amazon Web Services, Amazon Prime, KIndle, Amazon Instant Video, MP3 store and app store for Android) together into a remarkable product offering that customers would love". But they are not saying if we all need an Amazon Prime membership.

As of right now you have access to all of those services without Prime. The one added advantage Prime gives you is that you get full access to InstantVideo at not additional cost. I have a feeling if nothing was said in the event than they will continue to operate under the same method.

If you look on the Amazon site, the Kindle Fire comes with 30 days of Prime, but only mentions the unlimited TV/Movie streaming as the perk. I'm guessing the rest won't require it.
