Question about
Connecting a Bose SoundDock or a Jawbone Jambox to a TV
Planning to gift one of these to someone, is it possible to connect either of these to the TV when not being used for docking an iOS device.
Not sure I understand the question. The Jambox is primarily a Bluetooth speaker, though it does have a mini headphone jack for using it cabled if you want. It does NOT have an iPhone dock of any kind. If you wanted to use it to pump out audio from your TV, you could hook it up with such a cable in most cases. Not sure why you would though since most TVs would do the job without, and of course this thing runs on batteries, so after 5 hours or so it would run flat unless it was plugged in all the time. Etc.
