Anyone have these & use them with a MacBook or an iPhone? Do they work & how do they sound?

I have these and was waiting for the 3.0 iphone update to try them with my iphone via Stereo A2DP functionality. They connect fine to the iPhone, the range isn't the greatest. Sometimes the audio starts to stutter and I have to reconnect them. I don't like the fact that you have to go through four screens or so to connect them each time...... Also, I have a three year old Macbook Pro 15" 1st gen Intel core duo and they work great with it so anything newer I'm sure would work. The problem with these headphones is finding them now, if I could I would buy a second pair.
