Question about

Can you use two Arc keyboards on two different systems simultaneously?

I'm wondering if the transceiver is unique per keyboard (with some kind of GUID) or if the wireless frequency or keyboard identifier is the same for all Arc keyboards. I already have one and want to buy a second one for another system, but if both will conflict each other, then I'll have to buy a different brand...

I don't own the Arc, but I can say with a great deal of certainty (and experience in other wireless peripherals) that unless the peripheral uses Bluetooth, it is bound to its transceiver dongle, and nothing else. (Logitech's Unifying transceivers can be re-bound with a special software tool, though.)

So long story short: you should be absolutely fine. You won't have crosstalk or interference, these devices are designed to adapt to all kinds of other products in the 2.4GHz range talking to one another.
