Question about
Can you download podcasts with Google Music?
I know the answer is no, but I really want to see this functionality added. I have been super happy with Google Music, and really cannot wait for them to add this service.

I don't think so because the Music service really seems to be cloud storage solution for music. but i do know that i will suck up out of my iTunes collect the audio podcasts and the iTunes U that i have in there and also my audio books.
took me a little while to realize that if you highlight the files you don't want in your library you can delete them by pressing the "delete" button on your key board.

I would also would like Google Music to support podcasts, and have the ability to move to the SD Card.

Google Music has had it's fair share of issues. I have issues seeing albums in my library on my phone because of some bugs with Album Artist tags. With strange and subtle bugs like this, I think it will be a while before we see podcasts in Google Music. That being said, I think we will and it will be long overdue.
Google Listen is pretty buggy as well and could use some updates while we wait. Does it make sense that Google Listen incorporates your podcasts into your Google Reader Feed? I don't think that is intuitive at all.
Hopefully they implement podcasts into Google Music and simply move existing subscriptions from Google Listen / Reader into Music. Until then, Google Listen is still the best Podcast App for Android (which is very sad).
