I rooted my phone and I attempted to install the OTA ( I performed the necessary steps to keep my phone rooted), but the update didn't install correctly. However, I'm constantly reminded to install or download the update and it's getting annoying. Does anyone know if you can disable this notification using SQL Lite Editor or by any other means?
P.S. I'd rather not deal with unrooting and rerooting my phone and am trying to avoid it by any means possible.

You will need to modify the build.prop file on your phone. Root Explorer is the best for doing these kinds of edits. There is a specific line in the file that is ro.build.fingerprint and ro.build.description. Those two lines are what helps system apps identify what version you're running. What you would need to do is find out what those lines say on updated Bionics and then match them verbatim. That should block the OTA because it will tell system updater that the phone is up to date. Please please please make sure you copy the current build.prop and save it as build.prop.bak in case you mess up the good one.
Another option I've heard people doing is using something like Titanium Backup or Bloat Freezer to "freeze" the system updater tool from running.
Obviously tread cautiously with either of these options.
