I'm hoping it comes as part of the Fall 2011 dashboard update, but I'm not holding my breath. Probably will be added as a spring time update. I don't think the ink was dry on the Microsoft/Skype deal in time for them to integrate it into MS platforms. Case in point, there's still no Skype on Windows Phone.
