Question about

Buy the SGS II for AT&T NOW? or wait for the HTC Holiday/Raider?

I'm in the LA area so I'd still be waiting a bit to make use of the Holiday's LTE, but the larger screen and higher res is appealing to me, especially since my current phone is a Dell Streak.

Wait for the LTE Galaxy S II Skyrocket or the HTC Vivid (Holiday) coming in a few weeks. techcrunch.com/2011/10/31/att-reveals-first-lte-ph...

Given those choices, I would say go for the SGSII, it's one of the best phones I've ever used. However, as a fervent tech supporter, I feel it is my duty to caution you against going for a Gingerbread phone right now. Google's Galaxy Nexus sporting Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich was just announced and it will be the phone to have in the coming months.

Between the Holiday/Raider and the SGSII - the SGSII. Between those two and the Galaxy Nexus - the Nexus hands down. gdgt.com/samsung/galaxy/nexus/
