Best non-Ipod Media Player (for Music), over 32Gb

Mainly used for podcasts, but I wish for my music collections to be with me (along with video collections). As its used for podcasts I'd prefer to pull them down over my wifi without having to boot my computer. Also prefer it to be cheaper than the ipod (I dont mind having to add an SD card to bring it up, they are getting cheap these days)

This will be replacing my 3rd ipod classic, everyone of which has died in the headphone socket. I've also had enough of slow loading Itunes on my PC.

Other than an Ipod, the only other mp3 player that I know of that has all of these features is the Zune HD from Microsoft., however they are only marginally cheaper than an iPod touch. The 32 gb version is currently 230 on Amazon., which is about 40 bucks cheaper than a 32gb iPod touch. From many hours use of Zune products I can say they are very reliable and work well, and they will do everything you are wanting them to do. You will have to make an account on the zune marketplace, but you can download the podcast directly to the device without having to connect to the software, although the pc software is still around and used for many things on the device.
