I would not recommend the iPhone 4S on t-mobile (assuming you are in the US) as it is not compatible with 3G on t-mobile's network so you will be stuck on edge (slow) speeds for data.

need data speed? probably the 4G phones.
don't care about data? the iphone 4s.
Also the iphone has way more apps and is easier to understand and use. Also, Siri is a nice addon

I'd go with the Amaze, since it's the only one on the actual network...now usually that wouldn't matter, but the bundle in Tmobile software (tmobile tv etc) is actually a great add on. and as for the Siri thing...Android has Vlingo, Iris, and several other apps that do the EXACT same thing...yes even tell jokes. also iphone has a much smaller screen.
